savesum is a rewards program that allows you to earn cash as you shop from our selected stores. When you spend money, you make money - if you’re shopping through savesum.

When you shop at any partnered store through savesum, the store pays us a commission. We pass part of the amount on to you, as cashback.

To ensure your cashback is tracked successfully, we recommend that you permanently allow cookies, JavaScript and third-party images in your browser settings. Clear your cookies to get started. Log into savesum, and click out to any retailer through savesum. Do not visit the retailer directly. We recommend you do not use a quote reference or code provided by a comparison site in the same session, as that can overwrite your cookies. If we do not receive a commission from our partnered stores, we will not be able to give you cashback. Find more details on our How it works page.

savesum only works online - if you buy something over the telephone or in-store, we will not be able to pay you any cashback, yet.

Login to savesum browse products or search for a store. Click on the product or on the store - you will be redirected to the store's official webpage. Buy as many items as you want, but make sure to finalize your transaction within the same session.

Confirmed Orders are those that have been approved as valid sales from retailers, and for which the Return period has passed.

Pending Orders are those that we have tracked as transactions via savesum and have been acknowledged by the store. However, since they might still be within the return period, they are shown as “Pending Orders”. Once the return period is over, and if the product (s) was not returned, it will be moved to “Confirmed Orders”.

Potential reasons why cashback might not appear in your account:
  1. The purchase was not completed in the same session.
  2. You used another site during your transaction (e.g. a price comparison site).
  3. You did not comply with the Terms and Conditions listed on our website and/or the retailer's.
  4. You disabled cookies on your device and tracking could not be completed.
Generally, sticking to the terms and conditions provided on our retailer page and ensuring you follow the recommended process will minimize the risk of anything going wrong.

This varies from retailer to retailer. After you do a transaction, you should see it under “Pending Orders” in your account. Once the return period of your product (s) is over, the store knows that the sale was genuine, and pays us. The status of your Pending Order will be moved automatically under 'Confirmed Orders'. From the time of your purchase, it could take between a couple of days to 90 days or more for your cashback to get confirmed.

Once you’ve logged in, go to your account to see your cashback. Detailed information can be found in your account, under "Order history".

Every three months, we send you the confirmed cashback via bank transfer. If cashback for an order is still under ‘Pending Orders’, it will carry over to your next payment. Minimum earning of 50 AED is needed in order to initiate the transfer.

Not really! To earn cashback, you MUST visit the store through savesum. This way the store can track that you went to their site through us, and will pay us a commission, that we share with you.
